Thanks! you need to use a pick or flathead screw driver to press the other side while pressing the button on the other side. it should release it. Finally found the black button, it was tucked under the cover pretty tight. Once I found it, I pushed it in with my finger and wow, released! Thanks for the help.

Hop into the back and pull the seat back until you see it come out of the rails. You will have to slide one guide out at a time. Pull back on one side, the the other while lifting the seat. There isn't an exact science to this, you might get it out of the rails on the first try, or on the 20th.
