open the .dat file in the gta sa directory, YOUR_GTA_SA_DIR\Data. look for the ped.dat or pedgrp.dat and open it using notepad - don't forget to backup your file (i forget the which one is, just check it). you should see this lines : GANG1. After asking around, Parik mentioned that you can't change the colour without editing the model, so I popped open ZModeler, imported cssabre92.dff and lo and behold, it's green. A quick look in the material editor for the body map reveals the actual RGB values of the Green Sabre are 46, 88, 0, whereas color #86 is 46, 91, 32.
