Cushioning is good, interior is soft and comfortable, outsole good, and waterproofing seems real good. They were stable when backpacking 25 miles. The outer of the shoe sheds water well. (unless rain runs down into them). I do wish they were a little lighter weight. Size 12 weigh 19 oz each, on my scale.
The Ora 1 weighs in at 5 ounces, while the Ora 2 clocks in at 5.40 ounces. The additional .4 ounces wonā€™t make all that much difference in the feel of the shoe, but you will most likely notice the additional padding. Overall, the Ora 2 is definitely a step in the right direction.
